What Is FlowNerves, and What Does the Bottle Actually Tell You?
FlowNerves is a dietary supplement in capsules, 30 to a white bottle with a navy and teal label. The front says "NERVE SUPPORT*". Six ingredients are named and no milligram is printed for any of them. The directions we have are one capsule a day with a meal. No study of the product itself exists in our sources.

The basics
What is FlowNerves in plain words?
FlowNerves is a dietary supplement sold as capsules. A bottle holds 30. It is white with a white cap, and the label is navy with teal bands.
The label prints the name as one word. This site writes it as two, Flow Nerves, and means the same product. A dietary supplement is a food-category product, not a medicine. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary supplement Q&A).
| Item | What we can say |
|---|---|
| Form | Capsules, not gummies and not drops |
| Count | 30 capsules a bottle |
| Directions we have | One capsule daily with a meal; confirm on your bottle |
| Label claim | "NERVE SUPPORT*" |
| Maker | Not printed on anything we saw |
The ingredients
Which six ingredients does FlowNerves name?
FlowNerves names magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. These names come from the brief and the seller's page (Seller's sales page).
The seller says the turmeric extract carries 95% curcuminoids. The form of L-carnitine is not stated, and forms differ. No Supplement Facts image was supplied to us, so we have not read a panel.
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
- PREMIUM FORMULA
A seller phrase. It names no standard, grade or test, and says nothing about amounts.
- FlowNerves
The name is one word on the bottle and two on this site's pages (Flow Nerves). 'Flow' is white and 'Nerves' is teal.
- NERVE SUPPORT*
The label's one claim. The asterisk points to a statement that was not on the supplied image; in the U.S. it normally leads to the FDA disclaimer. It promises no result and gives no amount.
- Icon: spine
A small round line icon of a spine. It is decoration; it names no ingredient or claim.
- Icon: nerve cell
A small round line icon of a nerve cell. It is decoration.
- Icon: joint
A small round line icon of a joint. It is decoration; the product is not sold for joints.
- 30 CAPSULES
A bottle of 30 capsules. The sales page counts that as 30 days at one capsule a day.
- DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
The legal category. A dietary supplement is not a drug, and FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold.
What is missing
What does the FlowNerves label not tell you?
The label we have does not say how much of any ingredient is inside. It also names no maker and no distributor.
The seller calls the six names a proprietary blend. A U.S. panel that lists a blend should also give its total weight (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts labels). We have not seen that figure.
- No milligram for any of the six names.
- No maker, plant or lab name.
- No lab report. The lot numbers we hold are seller references.
- No study of FlowNerves itself.
The claim
Does FlowNerves do what the front of the label says?
No one can say, because no study of FlowNerves is in the sources we read. The star after "NERVE SUPPORT*" points to a note we have not seen. In the U.S. it normally leads to the FDA disclaimer.
Tingling, numbness or burning in the hands and feet should go to a doctor first, since it has many causes (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy). Keep taking any prescribed medicine, and ask a doctor or pharmacist before you add a capsule.
The pricing page lists 2 bottles at $79 each, 3 at $69 each and 6 at $49 each. The live checkout is final.
FAQ
Flow Nerves questions people ask

How many capsules are in a FlowNerves bottle?
A bottle holds 30 capsules. At the directions we have, one capsule a day, that is 30 days. Confirm the directions on your own bottle.
Does the FlowNerves label list amounts?
Not in anything we could read. The front shows no ingredient names or milligrams. The six names come from the brief and the seller's page.
Who should ask a doctor before taking FlowNerves?
Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, on blood thinners, diabetes, thyroid or blood pressure medicine, or with kidney or liver disease. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first.
