What is FlowNerves, in plain words?
FlowNerves is a dietary supplement in capsules, 30 to a bottle, with six named ingredients and the label claim "NERVE SUPPORT*". The directions are one capsule daily with a meal. It is not a drug, and no study of the product exists in our sources.
Is Flow Nerves a drug or a medicine?
No. It is a dietary supplement, and FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary supplement Q&A). It is not a neuropathy medicine. Keep taking any prescribed medicine, and see a doctor for numb or tingling hands or feet.
Is Flow Nerves a gummy or a liquid?
No, it is a capsule. Some search results mention gummies or drops, but those are noise. The label says 30 CAPSULES, and the directions are one capsule a day. Our capsules page explains the form.
Why is it FlowNerves on the bottle and Flow Nerves here?
The label prints one word, FlowNerves, with Flow in white and Nerves in teal. The pack and this site use two words, Flow Nerves. It is the same product, and the spelling is a style choice on our side.
Who is Flow Nerves made for?
The brief says adults 18 and older. It does not say who should skip it beyond asking a doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, take medicine or have a medical condition. Under 18, do not start it.
Does the label say who makes Flow Nerves?
No. The label images and the seller's page name no maker or distributor. This site is run by a U.S. stocking partner, not the manufacturer. Ask the order desk for the maker's name.
Is this website the manufacturer?
No. Iflownerves is a U.S. stocking partner for Flow Nerves. It earns money when you buy through its order links. Its website inbox cannot see orders, which the order desk handles.
Taking it
How do you take FlowNerves, and how long does a bottle last?
You take one capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water, and one bottle lasts 30 days. Those directions come from the seller's FAQ and the brief. Confirm them on your bottle, because we could not read the back.
How many FlowNerves capsules should I take per day?
Take one capsule a day, according to the seller's FAQ and the brief. Take it with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not double up. Confirm the directions on your own bottle.
How do I take FlowNerves?
Check your medicines with a doctor or pharmacist, choose a daily meal, swallow one capsule with a full glass of water, and keep a short log of anything odd. Our how-to-use guide walks through each step.
Can I take Flow Nerves on an empty stomach?
The directions we have say to take it with a meal. We found no source on taking it without food. NIH notes that high supplement doses of magnesium often cause diarrhea, and the amount in a capsule is not printed (NIH ODS, Magnesium).
What if I miss a day of Flow Nerves?
Do not double up to catch up. The directions say one capsule a day, so take the next one at the usual time. Confirm the directions on your bottle, or ask your pharmacist if you are unsure.
How long does a FlowNerves bottle last?
A bottle holds 30 capsules, which is 30 days at one a day. The seller counts two bottles as 60 days, three as 90 days and six as 180 days. Take only one capsule a day.
Does FlowNerves expire?
The seller's page says an expiration date is printed on the bottle, typically two years from manufacture, and to store it cool and dry below 86 F (Seller's sales page). We have not seen that text on a label, so check your bottle.
How long does FlowNerves take to work?
No source gives a time, the label prints none, and this site names none. No study of Flow Nerves exists. If your hands or feet are numb or tingling, see a doctor rather than waiting for a capsule.
How soon does FlowNerves work?
We cannot say. The seller's page words some hopes about the end of the day, but no source we read supports a time. Be wary of any page that names a week or a month for a supplement.
Does FlowNerves help nerve discomfort at night?
No source we read says so. CDC lists pain or sensitivity at night among the symptoms of diabetic nerve damage, and says to call your doctor if symptoms disrupt your sleep (CDC, Diabetes and nerve damage).
Safety and medicines
Is Flow Nerves safe to take with my medicines?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you take it with any medicine. Each of the six names has a documented link to at least one common medicine, and "natural" does not mean free of interactions.
Never stop or change it because of a supplement. Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden weak or numb side of the body, fainting, or swelling of the face or throat need 911 right away.
Can I take FlowNerves with my medications?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Alpha lipoic acid, magnesium, turmeric, coenzyme Q10, L-carnitine and butcher's broom each have a documented link to at least one common medicine. Use our Switchboard and bring your bottle to the pharmacy (NCCIH, Using supplements wisely).
Who should ask a doctor before taking Flow Nerves?
Anyone pregnant, nursing, taking medicine or with a medical condition. That includes diabetes medicine, blood thinners, blood pressure, thyroid or seizure medicine, antibiotics, and kidney or liver disease. Also tell your surgeon about every supplement before surgery.
Can I take Flow Nerves with diabetes medicine?
Ask first. Memorial Sloan Kettering says alpha lipoic acid may add to diabetes medicine, and high doses can cause low blood sugar symptoms (MSK, Alpha-lipoic acid). Know the signs of low blood sugar, such as shakiness, dizziness and confusion (NIDDK, Low blood glucose).
Can I take Flow Nerves with a blood thinner?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start. Turmeric and L-carnitine may add to warfarin, and Mayo Clinic says coenzyme Q10 might make warfarin work less well (Mayo Clinic, Coenzyme Q10). The effects pull in different directions.
What side effects can the Flow Nerves ingredients cause?
No study of Flow Nerves lists any. For single ingredients, NIH says high magnesium doses often cause diarrhea and about 3 g a day of carnitine can cause nausea and cramps (NIH ODS, Magnesium). The label prints no amounts.
Is Flow Nerves safe in pregnancy?
We found no source that says so. Mayo Clinic says not to use coenzyme Q10 while pregnant or breastfeeding without approval from your clinician (Mayo Clinic, Coenzyme Q10). Ask your clinician before taking Flow Nerves.
What should I do if I have a bad reaction?
Stop taking it and call your doctor. Swelling of the face or throat, hives or trouble breathing need 911. You can also report a problem to FDA's MedWatch program (FDA, MedWatch).
Should I see a doctor before taking Flow Nerves for numb feet?
Yes. Mayo Clinic says to seek medical care right away for tingling, weakness or pain in your hands or feet, because early diagnosis gives the best chance of managing the cause (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy).
Label and ingredients
Why does the Flow Nerves label print no milligrams?
We do not know why, and the seller has not said. The label images we have show the front only, and the seller's page calls the six names a proprietary blend without giving an amount for any of them.
What does a proprietary blend mean on the Flow Nerves label?
A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients listed under one name with one total weight, in descending order of weight (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts labels). We have not seen the Flow Nerves panel or total, and no amount is printed for any of the six names.
How is FlowNerves different from a multivitamin?
FlowNerves names six ingredients and none is a vitamin. A multivitamin usually lists many vitamins and minerals with amounts. We found no study comparing the two. Our comparison page sets the labels side by side.
Which form of L-carnitine is in Flow Nerves?
The label does not say. L-carnitine, L-carnitine tartrate and acetyl-L-carnitine are different compounds. Memorial Sloan Kettering links diabetic neuropathy research to the acetyl form, which is a different one (MSK, Carnitine).
Is the turmeric in Flow Nerves strong?
The seller's page says the turmeric extract is 95% curcuminoids. The amount per capsule is not printed. NCCIH says highly bioavailable curcumin formulations may harm your liver, so ask your doctor if you have liver problems (NCCIH, Turmeric).
What does the star after NERVE SUPPORT mean?
The star points to a statement that was not on the image we have. In the U.S. such a statement is normally the FDA disclaimer: the claim has not been evaluated and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (FDA, Dietary supplement Q&A).
Does Flow Nerves list allergens?
None appear in the material we have. We have not seen the Supplement Facts panel or the other-ingredients line, such as the capsule shell. Read your bottle, and ask the order desk if you have an allergy.
What do the lot and CoA numbers mean?
The seller gives a lot reference, FN-26/IF-7863, and a CoA reference, FN-7863-26-IF. They are seller references, not lab proof. No lab report is published. Ask the order desk for the report itself.
Trust
Is FlowNerves legit, and is it a scam?
Flow Nerves is a real product with a real label, but this site cannot call it proven. It can say what it checked: the label front, the six names, the order desk and the guarantee. It could not check lab reports, the maker or any trial of the product.
Is FlowNerves legit?
The product has a label, an order desk and a stated 60-day promise. We found no maker name, no lab report and no trial of the product. So legit here means real and orderable, not proven. See our legit page for what we checked.
Is FlowNerves a scam?
Orders go through the seller's checkout and the order desk answers the phone. But no result is proven, and the maker is unnamed. We could not check any lab report. Read the guarantee terms before you buy.
Is FlowNerves for tingling in hands and feet?
The label does not say so. It claims only "NERVE SUPPORT*". Tingling has many causes, from diabetes to low B12, and Mayo Clinic says to seek medical care right away for tingling in your hands or feet (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy).
Does Flow Nerves have customer reviews?
Not yet on this site. We show no star score, count or quote until each review is matched to a real order. The FTC bans fake reviews and testimonials (FTC, Reviews and testimonials rule (2024)), and the slots on our reviews page stay marked.
Is Flow Nerves "clinically studied"?
The seller's page uses that phrase. Single ingredients have been studied at set doses, often by vein in people with diabetes. No study of the product exists in our sources, and the label prints no dose to match (FTC, Health products guidance).
Can I trust other sites that sell Flow Nerves?
We cannot vouch for any listing other than the seller's checkout, reached through our order buttons. A listing on a marketplace or store may not be genuine or covered by the guarantee.

Does Flow Nerves come with free bonuses?
The seller's page mentions unnamed free bonuses. We publish none and know no terms for them. If you are promised one, ask the order desk to confirm it in writing.
