The seller's page says most orders ship in 24 to 48 hours and arrive in 5 to 7 business days (Seller's sales page). Business days leave out weekends and holidays.
That is the seller's estimate, not a promise we can make. We do not run the warehouse or the carrier. The live checkout and your order email show the final shipping terms, so read them.
The order desk is the only place that can see where your parcel is. Tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders all go through +1 (302) 200-3480. Have your order ID ready when you call, and be patient on the line.
Add the two steps together. A day or two to pack the parcel, then up to a week on the road. If you order before a holiday, expect more time.

Does Flow Nerves have free shipping?
The sales page lists free shipping on the 6 bottle pack. For the 2 and 3 bottle packs, we print "shipping as shown at checkout", because the page was not consistent about them.
One card on the page ticked free shipping for 2 bottles while the headline gave it to 6 bottles only. When pages disagree, the checkout wins. Look at the shipping line before you pay.

How do I track my Flow Nerves order?
Start with your order email, then call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The desk handles tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders.
We cannot see your order. The website inbox, [email protected], is for pages, typos, privacy and press, and it cannot look up a parcel. Use [email protected] for order email.

What if my Flow Nerves order has not arrived?
